To respect the time and preparation involved for each appointment, the following policy applies:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
For same-day appointments, cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before your scheduled time.
Untimely cancellations (less than the required notice) will result in a 30% cancellation fee based on the total service cost.
No-shows may be subject to full service charges and may affect your ability to book future appointments.
